We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Returns requested after the return window will not be processed.
Return Process

- After the request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
- Customers may be required to securely pack the product to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
Replacement
- If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
