Return & Refund Policy – Flip Flops for Women

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Returns requested after the return window will not be processed.

Return Process

  • After the request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
  • Customers may be required to securely pack the product to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacement

  • If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
